Thank you for your purchase. This confirmation email contains all of the details necessary to download the Adventure Hunt App, make your way to the start point and complete your Adventure Hunt.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Important:<\/strong> The start point shown in your booking may not be correct if there is more than one Hunt option available. Always use the Adventure Hunt app to determine your actual start location. It is also important to follow the steps below before leaving home to start your Adventure Hunt.<\/p>\n

1. Install: <\/strong>Please start by downloading and installing the Adventure Hunt App (not the Viator App).<\/p>\n

For Android phones,<\/strong> download the app from this link.<\/a><\/p>\n

For iPhones, d<\/strong>ownload the app from this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Login to the app. <\/strong>Login using your booking reference and your email address, as provided at the time of booking. Your booking reference starts “BR-“. Please include “BR-” as well as the numbers that follow it.\u00a0<\/p>\n

3. Go the the start point <\/strong>as shown in the app. The start point is shown on the directions page, after you login.<\/p>\n

Please allow 1 hour from the time of booking for your account to be created.<\/p>\n

While you are free to do your Adventure Hunt at any time, it’s best to plan to finish before it gets dark, as some clues are very difficult without daylight.<\/p>\n

This could be be caused by a couple of things.<\/p>\n

First, check that it’s not caught up in spam or junk. We use office365 to send our emails, so this should be a very rare occurrence.<\/p>\n

Second, perhaps the email you entered was slightly incorrect. Don\u00b4t worry, it’s still very easy to get started provided you recall the booking reference we provided at the time you placed your booking. If you know the reference, then simply follow the following steps.<\/p>\n
