Adventure Hunt is the so-called ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us, as we make decisions on what information we hold and what we do with it. Our contact details are as follows: info@adventure-hunt.com

Vad vi behöver

We collect basic personal data from you and only when required.  Depending on the nature of the interaction with you, this may include some or all of the following:  your name, mobile phone number, and email address. 

Adventure Hunt använder platsbaserad information för att guida dig runt en Adventure Hunt. Denna information lagras eller delas inte. 

We collect your answers to the questions and puzzles, but these do not contain any personal information.

Varför vi behöver det

Vi behöver denna grundläggande personliga information för att kunna leverera den tjänst som du har betalat oss för att tillhandahålla dig. Ditt telefonnummer och din e-postadress används för att skapa inloggningsuppgifter så att du kan få tillgång till Adventure Hunt som du har betalat för.

Vad vi gör med den

All the personal data we collect is processed automatically to create login details for you.  This information is located (hosted) on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Hur vi skyddar den

Vi är medvetna om dina rättigheter när det gäller denna information och vidtar alla tänkbara åtgärder för att respektera dessa rättigheter och skydda dina personuppgifter. 

Hur länge vi sparar dina uppgifter

Vi behåller dina uppgifter i högst 12 månader för att kunna hantera eventuella utestående eller framtida förfrågningar. Efter denna tid kommer uppgifterna att förstöras. 

Vart vi skickar dina uppgifter

Besökarnas kommentarer kan kontrolleras genom en automatiserad tjänst för upptäckt av skräppost.

Återbetalningar

All reasonable requests for refunds will be honoured provided they are submitted before commencing the Adventure Hunt.  Refund requests after this time will only be considered in exceptional cases.  Please email info@adventure-hunt.com outlining the reasons why a refund is being requested.

Dina rättigheter

Som medborgare har du ett antal rättigheter när det gäller dina personuppgifter, t.ex:

• The right to access the data we hold on you.
• The right to correct or update this data.
• The right to have the data erased, once this contract is completed, and within the set retention period, unless you renew.
• The right to inform us if you feel your information is being used in an inappropriate way.
• The right to receive a downloaded file of the personal information we hold.
• If we are making automated decisions based on your information, or profiling you, you have the right to have an employee of (organisation name) conduct a review.
• If you request that we cease to use your data, this may prevent us from providing the contracted services to you.
• If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.  Please email info@adventure-hunt.com
