1. Enrollment and Eligibility

By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our brand professionally and legally. We reserve the right to review and reject any application or terminate any partnership if the affiliate’s content is deemed inappropriate or harmful to our brand reputation.

2. Commission and Tracking

• Referrals: Commissions are earned on valid sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

• Cookies: Sales are tracked using cookies. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser, the sale may not be trackable.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth payout process, the following rules apply:

• Minimum Threshold: Payments will only be processed once your earned commissions reach a minimum balance of 10 euros.

• Invoicing Requirement: We do not issue “automatic” payouts. All affiliates must submit a formal invoice for the amount due before payment is released.

• Payment Schedule: Once a valid invoice is received and the threshold is met, payments are typically processed within 7 days.

4. Promotion Guidelines

To keep things fair and protect our brand, you agree not to:

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or automated bots to promote your link.

• Bid on our brand name or trademarks in search engine advertising (like Google Ads).

• Make false or misleading claims about our products or services.

• Intellectual Property: You are granted a non-exclusive right to use our logos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the program.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any commissions below the 10-euro threshold will be paid out.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages (such as loss of revenue) resulting from tracking failures, system downtime, or program errors.
