How to Organise a Team Building Adventure Hunt

Step 1 — Choose your location. Think about where your team event is happening and pick the nearest Adventure Hunt. For city-based events, Alicante City, Alicante Old Town, Granada, Santander, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife work well. For resort settings, Costa Adeje, Benalmádena, and Albufeira are excellent options.

Step 2 — Divide into teams. Groups of 2 to 4 people work best. Larger teams mean some people disengage. With pairs or small groups, everyone is involved.

Step 3 — Purchase and distribute codes. Buy one Adventure Hunt per team from our booking page. Each purchase generates an activation code. Send each team their code.

Step 4 — Contact us for competition setup. Email info@adventure-hunt.com with the number of teams and your preferred date. We can configure a competition setup where all teams start on different puzzles at the same time, ensuring no team can follow another.

Step 5 — Set the rules. We recommend a 10-minute stagger between team starts if you do not use the simultaneous start configuration. Decide in advance what the winning team gets — bragging rights, a dinner, the afternoon off.

Step 6 — Debrief over lunch. The best part of any team building is the stories afterwards. Plan a group lunch or drinks after the activity so teams can compare notes on which puzzles stumped them and which they nailed.
